Boutique "Orange" wine - a wine made from grapes but known as orange due to the color. The Astronomer is made from white Vidal Blanc grapes fermented 7 days on the skins. Produces subtle tannins, with notes of honey and licorice. Shenandoah Valley's only orange wine and 100% estate grown. Winner of a Bronze Medal in the Virginia Governor's Cup, and awarded an 85 by Beverage Testing Institute.
